At this exceptional destination, all the desserts have been conceived by the legendary French pastry chef and chocolatier Pierre Herme. Known as the “Picasso of Pastry”, this talented chef combines flavours, textures, and aesthetics in highly original and unusual ways to delight both the eyes and the taste buds.

Focusing on providing a refined experience for dessert connoisseurs, Pierre Herme Patisserie’s menu includes unique creations such as “Infiniment Vanille” shortbreads imbibed with mascarpone cream and vanillas sourced from Tahiti, Mexico and Madagascar, and “Plaisir Sucré” dacquoise biscuits, topped with crunchy hazelnuts, hazelnut crisps, thin wafers of milk chocolate, milk chocolate ganache, and Chantilly. A French-inspired venue at its heart, the shop also serves inimitable “Ispahan” rose macaroons, incorporating rose petal cream raspberries and lytchis, while also providing full-sized cakes, flavourful chocolates, and holiday-themed yule logs for special occasions.

Delicate embellishments, such as recessed display cases, adorn the walls discreetly, while the retail counter echoes this circular theme, presenting desserts behind pristine glass similar to how valuable artifacts are featured at a museum.
