Alpago’s journey on Billionaire’s Row began with its first signature villa, Framed Allure. Designed by famed Turkish architect Emre Arolat, the beachfront masterpiece set the right tone for upcoming Alpago masterpieces and it was sold for a whopping USD 35 million. Located on Frond G of the Palm Jumeirah, surrounded by the freshest waters of the Arabian Gulf and boasting impeccable views of the Atlantis Hotels, this residential paradise went on sale in 2022, the launch and sale of which was announced by Katch International!

Falling in line were two other opulent villas, Casa Del Sole and Riva Del Lusso, both iconic in their own ways and sold for USD 82 million and USD 35 million respectively. Announcing Casa Del Sole itself was a landmark statement, as it was set to be the largest and most expensive villa in Dubai’s property landscape to date. Casa Del Sole is set to be Billionaire Row’s crown Jewel, being the only double signature beachfront villa in Dubai. Designed by the renowned British architect Norman Foster, this structure stands out for its exemplary exterior and intriguing interiors.
